Shipping Policy

  • Most in-stock orders ship within the next business day from our warehouse in Brooklyn, New York.
  • Smaller orders ship via FedEx. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the merchandise and its final destination. A processing and handling charge of $1.50 per box will be added to your purchase.
  • All oversized items (merchandise that exceed the FedEx size limitations) ship via Common Carrier. Actual freight charges will be billed.
  • Orders shipping with our truck within NYC’s five boroughs, deliver free of charge with min order of $1,500.

Return Policy

  • At M. Fried Store Fixtures, we stand behind our products and value our customers’ satisfaction.
  • All unused stock items purchased from us may be returned within thirty (30) days of the ship date.
  • All items returned must be in original cartons. Custom products, special orders, gondola shelving, slatwall and showcase orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • To return a stock item, obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department, a 20% restocking charge may apply. Unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their full expense.
  • Authorized returns will receive a product credit (minus shipping fees) to the method of payment used at time of order entry.
